How long does it take to deliver my order?
Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is dispatched.
What is the shelf life of Chaayos tea leaves and snacks?
Most of our tea blends and snacks have a shelf life of 6 to 9 months. Please check the specific 'Best Before' date printed on the individual packaging for exact details.
Do you offer returns on food items?
To maintain hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns on food and beverage products. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement.
Are there any artificial preservatives in your products?
At Chaayos Bazaar, we pride ourselves on using high-quality, natural ingredients. Most of our products are free from artificial preservatives to ensure you get the most authentic taste.
Can I modify or cancel my order after it is placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once the order has been processed for shipping, we are unable to make any further changes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on delivery is also available for select pin codes.
